1 Cup Soy Sauce3/4 Cup White Vinegar6 Chicken Thighs, skin on2 Carrots3 Yukon Gold Potato1 Onion3 Bay Leaves
Chop veggies and garlic and place with chicken in slow cooker. Pour soy sauce and vinegar over, add bay leaves and stir to coat ingredients. Cook for eight hours.
