1 pound ground beef1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs1 egg4 T ketchup1/2 package of Mrs. Grass Reduced Sodium Onion Mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a shallow baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until ground beef is no longer pink in center. Refrigerate leftovers.
