Salmon patties with oats and spinach

Ingredients
1 can of salmon1 cup of dried oats1 cups of fresh spinach (chopped)1 cup of egg substitute1/2 cup of chopped onions1 tbsp of salt1 tbsp of black pepper1 tbsp of garlic powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pat into circles and place in a greased skillet for about 15-20 min. flipping occassionally. Makes 10 patties.

    I made this and my family loved it. I changed the recipe a little to my taste, real egg white, less salt/spices, and broiled instead of fried, but they were great! Good for lunch the next day, too :) - 9/3/08
