Asian style vegetable soup

Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Vegetable bouillon, 3 cubesCabbage, napa, 2 cup choppedPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, sliced thinGinger Root, 5 slices (1" dia) - sliced into thin stripsSoy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbspGarlic, 3 cloves - mincedSnow Peas, fresh, 2 cup Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp choppedScallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Put all ingredients up to soy sauce in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-12 minutes. Add snow peas and scallions and simmer another 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in cilantro. Serve.
