Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)*Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)Broccoli, frozen, 100 grams (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Using quick cook brown rice, cook enough to yield 3 cups.
Scramble eggs in pan. Add soy sauce and olive oil. Saute frozen veggies.
When rice is done and veggies are no longer frozen, add rice, stir and serve!
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1 cup servings
