Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
4 Red Potatoes1.5 Tbsp Miracle Whip2 Tbsp Sour Cream1 Tbsp Vinegar1 tsp Yellow Mustard1/4 C diced Dill Pickles1 tsp Garlic Powder1 Tbsp Chopped OnionSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut potatoes in large chunks, leaving skin on. Boil until cooked thoroughly. Drain and set aside to cool.

In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients.

When the potatoes are cool to the touch, toss in with all ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Yields 6 servings.
