Grilled eggplant and tomatoes

Ingredients
2 medium eggplant (about 2 lbs.) sliced 1/4"6 medium tomatoes slice 1/4"1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 Tbs onion powder2 Tbsp garlic - minced2 Tbsp basil or Italian Herbscan top with parmesan cheese and even red spaghetti sauce
Directions
Put all ingredients in a ziplock bag and shake until well blended. Spread ingredients on a prepared baking pan, bake for 35 to 45 minutes
