Tuna Salad (No Mayo)

Ingredients
1 large Can Tuna packed in Water2 tbsp Olive Oil2 tbsp Flat leaf parsley.25 cup green bell pepper chopped.25 cup red bell pepper chopped.25 cup celery diced2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1/2 apple choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Drain tuna and place in a bowl
chop apple and vegetables to desired consistency
Mix in vegetables with Tuna

In a separate bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and parsley

Pour Dressing over Tuna add salt and pepper to taste
