Ingredients
1/4 cup Tahini2 garlic cloves1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)1/4 cup Nutritional yeast or a bit more, to taste1 tsp kosher salt + freshly ground black pepper, or to tasteAbout 5 tbsp water, or as needed.5 tablespoon olive oil(Eliminating most of the oil from original recipe - using water instead, or a couple spoonfuls of juice from an olive jar for extra flavor)
Directions
Process all ingredients together in a food processor or high power blender, and refrigerate!

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings at 1 tablespoon each, or 1 cup total of dressing
