Ingredients
500 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can cream oc chicken soup1/4 cup finley chopped red pepper1/4 cup apple juice2 tbsp ketchup4 cloves garlic1/4 tsp black pepper1 tsp basil1/4 cup shredded mozzerella cheese2 cups cooked brown rice
Directions

brown chicken well in large non-stick skillet at medium-high heat. stir soup, red pepper, apple juice, ketchup, garlic and black pepper. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until chicken is fully cooked-about 20 min.Add basil and stir well. Serve on riceand sprinkle with mozzerella cheese,.
