My Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Olive Oil3 Garlic cloves crushed and sauteed1/2 red bell pepper finely chopped3 fluid ounces red wine1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced8 medium sized tomatoes chopped1 can tomato sauce 15 oz size3 fresh oregano leaves finely chopped3-4 fresh parsley leaves or 1 tbsp driedI small cube of sugar or sprinkle of sugarPepper to taste(can add spring of fresh thyme if like)
Directions
Sautee freshly minced garlic cloves, add chopped onion (yellow is good), bell pepper and mushrooms and herbs.
Touch of red wine then sundried tomatoes and fresh tomatoes
simmer on low heat for approximatly 30 minutes
