2 cups oats (or preferred cereal/grains)1 cup ground flaxseed (wheat bran/germ will also work)1 cup vanilla hemp protein powder (or preferred protein powder)1 cup sunflower seeds (or preferred nuts/chocolate chips)1 cup chopped figs (or preferred dried fruit)3/4 cup sorghum molasses table syrup (or preferred sweetener)1 cup sunflower seed butter (or preferred nut butter)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in nut butter and sweetener using a hand mixer until thoroughly combined. Press into a 9 X 13 greased pan using a piece of wax paper. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or to desired crunchiness. Let cool, then cut into bars.
