Ingredients
BF Vanilla Whey Protein powder, kale (juiced), lemon (juiced), 2 med apples (juiced), thumb of Ginger (juiced), 1/3 banana, 5 whole frozen strawberries, handful of blueberries.
Directions
juice 4 leaves kale, 1 lemon, 2 med apples, and a last-digit size piece of ginger. add juice to blended, and blend with 1 scoop protein powder, 1/3 frozen banana, 5 whole frozen strawberries, and a handful of blueberries. serve with a straw and enjoy!
