Cumin seed, 1 dashExtra Virgin Olive Oil, .25 tbspPortabella Mushrooms, 75 gramsGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, choppedTumeric, 1 dashCurry powder, 1 dashEgg, fresh, 2 largeSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Saute mushrooms and green peppers in pan with the olive oil. Add all the seasonings. about 7 minutes into the saute, crack both eggs over the vegetables and let fry to desired consistency.
