Baked Pineapple

Ingredients
2 16 oz cans crushed pineapple with juices2 large eggs1.5 cup sugar4 Tbs cornstarch2 Tbs butter1 Tbs cinnamon
Directions
preheat over to 350

beat eggs in a small bowl

in medium sized bowl mix sugar and cornstarch together.
Add crushed pineapple and eggs

Top with small pats of butter and sprinkle of cinnamon

Place in greased casserole dish

Bake for 45 mins @ 350
