8 oz. Italian turkey sausage12 oz. ground turkey1 medium onion, chopped1 medium green pepper, chopped5 cloves garlic, minced1 T canola oil28 oz. can tomatoes, diced1 can Rotel, 10 oz1 can black beans, 15 oz., rinsed3 T tomato paste2 T worcestershire sauce1 to 2 t. red pepper flakes2 to 3 t. chili powder1 or 2 dashes red pepper sauce1 T ground cumin1 t. dried oregano.5 t. dried basilsalt to taste
Saute sausage until no longer pink; drain and set aside. Saute onion, pepper, and garlic in oil until soft. Stir in ground turkey and cook until no longer pink. Stir in Italian sausage and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes.
