Honey or Agave Syrup 1/2 cupCoconut oil 2/3cupSpelt Flour 1 1/2 cupRolled Oats 2/3 cupBaking soda 1/4 tspHimalayan Salt 1/2 tsp1 lemon zestUnsweetened Jam (optional)
1. Combine honey and warmed coconut oil.
2. Mix the dry ingedients and combine with mixture in step 1.
3. Set for 3 minutes.
4. Heat Oven at 270 degrees and start rolling the cookie dough.
5. Make sure to keep space around the cookies so that it won't stick together while its cooking.
6. Cook for about 10 minutes. Serve with your favourite jam.
