Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup (remove)*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven 350*. Mix all ingreadiants together and pour into greased 8x8 baking dish and cook for 60 min
