Ingredients
1 cup sliced green beans1 chopped tomato1 chopped small onion3 smashed garlic gloves 3 tbsp Coriander leaf fresh2 tbsp olive oilsalt2 cups of water
Directions
put the tomato in hot water for few minutes then peel the skin off
add olive oil with onions foe 5 min then add beans,leave on medium heat for an hour
add the chopped tomato ,garlic,coriander ,water
leave until its done
