Dozer's Dark Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

2 C flour2 C Splenda sweetener1/4 C sugar free maple syrup1/2 C sugar free apple sauce2 large eggs4 tsp. vanilla extract1 tsp. baking soda1/2 C Hersheys special dark chocolate chips1/2 C macadamia nut pieces
Preheat oven to 350. Using a mixer, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips & macadamia nuts. Once ingredients are mixed well, add nuts & chips and combine using spoon.
Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. I used a regular spoon to drop batter on sheet, you will have to decide how big or small you want your cookies. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool for a few minutes and serve.
Depending on my mood I get between 3 or 4 dozen cookies out of this recipe. Adjust your calorie count based upon your servings.
