*Stop n shop whole wheat pizza crust 7", 1 servingVeggie Brand Lactose Free Mozzarella "Cheese" Shreds, 1 servingAnchovy (anchovies), 5 anchovy*Extra Light Olive Oil, 0.35 tbsp*Hunt’s Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 0.09 cup*Boars Head low salt ham, 1 ozAdd dried herbs to taste either in tomato sauce or oliveoil.
Brush whole wheat crust with olive oil and pre bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees for browner crust.
Cover surface with tomato sauce. Top with small pieces of ham. Cover lightly with veggie shreds. Top with 7-8 small anchovies. Cover again with veggie cheese shreds on bare spots.
Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and cool fifteen minutes for warm, tasty morsels of pizza.
Serving Size: Makes four 3 inch pizza wedges, 75 calories a wedge!
