Blueberries & Cream Protein Oatmeal

1/3 cup rolled oats1 cup water1 tsp stevia1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp cinnamon1/3 cup frozen blueberries"cream":1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (2 tbsp jay robb)1-2 tsp water
In a medium size pan, heat the oats, frozen berries, water, and salt over medium heat. Once the mixture begins to simmer, approximately 5-6 minutes, turn it down to medium low and continue to stir, allowing the mixture to thicken, about 3-4 more minutes.
Next add the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and stevia and stir until incorporated. Pour into a serving bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix protein powder with 1-2 tsp of water, until you achieve a creme en glaze consistency. Pour cream over oats. Enjoy.
