1 packet of Lipton soup mix1/8 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 1/2 c Oatmeal (not instant)4 eggs1 cup chopped walnuts16 oz Cottage Cheese (lowfat)
Directions
combine all ingredients, grease large loaf pan, cook for 60 minutes till settled.
