Ingredients
450 beef lean mince1 cup each of the following carrot, japanese turnip, celery.1 chopped onion, 3 cups of schopped pinich 2 cup chopped mushroom Delmaine Pomodoro pasta sauceBeef or vegetable stockcrushed garlicsalt and pepper.
Directions
cook risoni according to directions
Brown onions and mince
add grated and chopped vegetables
add 1 cup of stock add garlic salt and peper
cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add cooked risoni or other pasta
services 4. or 6 with side salad.
