Mini Quiche - Vegetable & Bacon Bits

Ingredients
6 Egg Whites2 Eggs, Whole8 Cherry Tomatoes1 C. of Chopped Fresh Spinach1/5 C. of Milk2 T. of Onions2 T. of Green Peppers1/2 C. of Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 T. of Real Bacon Bits
Directions
Whisk egg whites and eggs together. Dice all vegetables. Mix egg, cheese and bacon togther. Spray cupcake pan with cookings spray. Pour equal amounts into 10 of the cupcake places. Spoon vegetable mix into the 10 places. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
