Steamed Veges with Oyster Sauce

Zucchini, 1 cup, slicedCarrots, 1/2 cup, strips or slicesMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesCabbage, fresh, 1 cup, choppedRed & Yellow Bell Peppers, 1/2 of each, stripsBroccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, slicedCorn Starch, 2 gramsOyster Sauce, 1 tbspWater, approx 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, approx 1 fl oz
Heat the approx 1/2 cup of water in a wok or frypan with a lid. Once boiling add the veges which you have cut into bit sized pieces.
Put lid on and cook until steamed through, ensuring there is still water remaining in the pan.
Mix remaining 1 fl oz with the corn starch then add the oyster sauce and stir until combined.
Once veges are cooked to your liking remove from heat and stir through the oyster sauce mix which will thicken the remaining water in the pan.
