Tuna-Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
12 oz. (28g) uncooked egg nooldles12 oz water packed tuna fish, drained2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms1 cup frozen green peas, thawed16 oz Fat Free sour cream1/2 cup Fat Free or light mayonnaise2 tsp Dijon mustard1 tsp parsley1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/2- 1 cup Fat Free cheddar cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degs
Cook noodles according to pkg without fat or salt. Fold in tuna, mushrooms and peas.
Whisk sour cream,mayo,mustard,parsley salt and pepper fold into tuna noodle mixture.
Bake until top is golden and bubbly about 30 mins.
Yields 1 cup per serving
