Mom's Beef Stew

Ingredients
Ingredients 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt (or celery salt) 2 bay leaves, whole 1 tbsp paprika 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 tsp Mrs. Dash 1/2 onion, chopped 3-6 potatoes, diced 3-4 carrots, sliced1 can tomato juice or sauce (15 ounces)2 cups water( 1 stalk celery, chopped if desired)
Directions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker, cook for approximately 4-6 hours on high, or longer on low.
