1. 5 eggs2. 6 mushrooms, sliced3. 4 scallions, chopped4. 2 Tbl ghee
Directions
melt ghee, saute veggies, beat aggs and cook on low/medium until bottom is set, but under broiler until top is set and golden

Serving Size: Cut into 8 "pizza" slices
