1 lb. lean ground beef1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup finely chopped celery1 envelope McCormick Brown Gravy mix, 30% less sodium1/4 cup Ketchup1/2 cup water (or more if needed)Hamburger buns (not included in calorie count)
1. Clean and chop onions and celery.
2. Brown beef in frying pan; add onions and celery halfway thru. Drain well.
3. Add gravy mix, ketchup and water; stir until blended, then simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add more water if needed.
4. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Makes 8 sloppy joes.
