Ingredients
-1.5 Cups of Torn Romaine Lettuce-1/3 Cup of sliced and halved cucumber-40 grams of goat cheese, crumbled-30 grams of dried blueberries (roughly 1/4 cup)-1-2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Place the Romaine in a bowl; top with cucumber slices. Crumble the goat cheese on top and add the dried blueberries. Top with balsamic vinegar (to taste; nutritional information in this recipe accounts for 2Tbsp)
