1/4 c Flax Seed, ground1 tsp Baking Powder2 tsp Cinnamon, ground1 tsp Coconut Oil1 Egg, fresh, extra large1 Stevia 1pkt.
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a coffee mug and microwave for 1 minute. Pop the muffin out of the mug & enjoy.
