One package Ramen, Chicken Flavor (any flavor will do)1 cup thin sliced cabbage1/3 cup thin sliced Yellow Bell Pepper1/3 cup thin sliced Red Bell Pepper1/3 cup thin sliced Onion (any type)Italian Sausage, pork 1 link (uncooked)fresh mozzarela, 1 oz (grated)Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/4 can
Put three cups water in large saucepan (1.5-2quarts) Add Flavor packet from Ramen package. Bring to boil. While water comes to boil; chop Cabbage, peppers and onion into thin strips. Also chop uncooked link Italian sausage into small bite size pieces. When water boils add vegetables. Reduce heat to medium-low. When the peppers just start to soften (the peeper should still be a little crunchy when dish is finished), add Italian sausage, Cook until sausage turn color (a grayish brown - about one minute) Add Ramen noodles (I like to break mine up so that they are not so long.) Stir often. When noodles are cooked, add 1/4 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup. Mix well. At this point you can add more water if you want a soupier dish. Ladle into bowls. Top with shredded Mozzarela cheese.
