Ingredients
* Spaghetti Squash, 1 cup * *Pomi Chopped Tomatoes, 0.5 cup * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp * *Perdue "Fit & Easy" Fresh Ground Chicken Breast, 5 oz * *onion powder, .5 tsp * Garlic powder, .5 tsp * *weight watcher mexican cheese, 1 serving * *cheese, ricotta, part skim, Polly-O, 1/4 cup, 0.25 cup
Directions
Poke holes in squash and cook in microwave for 14 minutes. Let sit to cool a bit.
Brown meat and add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and let cook.
Mix Parmesan cheese in ricotta cheese.
combine all together and top with Mozzarella
Bake until brown.
