Turkey Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Turkey1 Medium Onion, minced2-3 Cloves of Garlic, crushed1-2 TBSP Chili Powder1 tsp CuminSalt and Pepper1 Can Tomatoes1 Can Green Chilis (4 oz can)2 Cups Kidney Beans 3 Cans of Water
Directions
Brown the ground turkey with onion and garlic. Add seasonings to taste to the meat. Add the meat to the crockpot. Add beans, tomatoes and chilis. Using the can from the tomatoes, add 3 cans of water. Stir and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on High for 2-3 hours. Makes 10 1-cup servings.

This also can just be done on the stove and simmered for 1-2 hours.
