Ricotta Dumplings

Ingredients
1 CUP PART SKIM RICOTTA2 OZ SHREDDED PART SKIM MOZZARELLA2 OZ HILLSHIRE FARM SMOKED HAM, CHOPPED FINELY1/2 OZ GRATED PECORINO ROMANO CHEESE1/4 CUP EGG SUBSTITUTESALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE8 WONTON WRAPS
Directions
MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE WONTONS.

PLACE 1 & 3/4 OZ OF FILLING IN THE CENTER OF EACH WONTON. JOIN ALL FOUR CORNERS OF THE WONTON AND TWIST TO CREATE A 'BUNDLE'. WET THE WONTON SO THAT IT STICKS CLOSED.

PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED. SPRAY EACH DUMPLING AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES, OR UNTIL GOLDEN AT 350 DEGREES.
