Hot Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
1lb Fresh sprouts, timed, washed well1T olive oil3t garlic (approx 3 cloves)1/2t coarse salt1/4t ground black pepper1 sm/med red onion1/4c raisins3T balsamic vinegar3strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Trim, wash, and cut sprouts in 1/2. Dice onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine sprouts, onion, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, S&P, and raisins. Place in pre-sprayed baking dish. Roast in oven for 30-45 min tossing once mid roast (sprouts should be starting to brown). Cook and crumble bacon while sprout are in the oven. Before serving toss bacon with roasted sprouts.
