Ingredients
28 ounces beef Polska Kielbasa gluten free (2 packages) sliced in bite sized pieces28 ounces canned tomatoes4 ounces canned mushrooms2 stalks celery, chopped1 zucchini, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped1 teaspoon Italian seasoning1 teaspoon minced garlic1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
In slow cooker, layer sausage and veggies.

Combine tomatoes, onion powder and garlic.

Pour over sausage. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Stir before serving.
