Garlic Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 TB light butter1 1/2 TB all-purpose flour2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup 1% milkpinch of paprikapinch of cayenne pepper1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Combine butter, flour, and garlic in saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until lightly browned.
2. Whisk in milk, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Continue whisking until thickened.
3. Whisk in cheese until melted.
