Ingredients: Beef, top sirloin, 21.33 oz Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp gratedLime Juice, .33 fl oz Garlic, 3 pressed clovesSplenda 1 tspRosemary - 2 sprigs twisted to realease flavor
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (except beef) and pour over sirloin. Marinate in a glass or plastic container for 30 minutes to overnight. Grill to perfection and enjoy!

    She calculates 7oz steaks - I only ate 3 oz and lowered the calories significantly. Also, I added balsamic vinegar because the marinade seemed a little dry - 2/13/10
