Potato & Salmon Pie

Ingredients
1 Tbsp margarine2 Tbsp flour1.5 cup skim milk1 onion400g canned salmon1.5 cups frozen peas1/4 cup cheeseSalt and pepper to taste3 cups mashed potato
Directions
Melt the margarine over a medium heat, stir in flour and cook, stirring for a minute.

Gradually add milk and continue cooking, stirring occassionally until the sauce is smooth and thickened, stir in onion, salmon, peas

Sppon potato over the salmon mix, sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden and hot
