Date Balls (vegan, no cook)

Ingredients
1 cup - dates1/4 cup - reduced fat peanutbutter2 T - almond meal1/2 T - Coconut Oilalmond meal for coating the balls
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Form into 18 small balls. Roll in almond meal.
