Lemon-Garlic Chicken breasts

Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice4T molasses4t worcestershire Sauce8 Large garlic cloves, chopped4 bonless, skinless chicken breastscooking spray1/2 t salt1/2 t ground black pepper4 sprigs of parsley, chopped.
Directions
Combine lemon juice, molasses, worcestershire sauce and garlic in bowl; add chicken. Cover and refridgerate for 1 hr turning occassionally. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put chicken in a shallow baking dish, coated with cooking spray. Pour marinade over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes, baste and then bake for an additional 15 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
