Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
1 pound of boneless skinless chicken cut into strips2 Tbsp vegetable oil2 tsp chili powder2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp salt1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilies1 medium onion1 cup of green bell pepper seeded and sliced1 cup of yellow bell pepper seeded and sliced1 cup of red bell pepper seeded and sliced12 whole wheat torillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, dried orgegano and salt.
Drizzle the spice mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.
Add tomatoes, peppers and onions to the dish and stir to combine.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
