Mary E's Zesty Tuna and Lima Beans

Ingredients
Ingredients:Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 7 oz Beans, Kroger, frozen Lima Beans, 1.5 cup Petite Diced Tomatos, 2 cup with juiceGarlic, Minced, 1 tbspgreen onion (spring onion), 0.25 cup, choppedOlive Oil, Pure Olive Oil, 1tbspFresh Lemon Juice from 1 lemon, Bunch of cilantro, .5, chopped
Directions
In a cast iron skillet (that's what I prefer) heat 1 Tbs. of olive oil, add the onion, garlic, cilantro and lightly saute. Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, tuna and lima beans. Add salt to taste. Cook only until the lima beans are heated all the way through. Serve over 1 cup of brown rice and enjoy!
