Ingredients
2 cups sugar0.5 cup margarine0.5 cup milk, nonfat6 tbsp cocoa3 cups oatmeal1 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Boil sugar, margarine, and milk for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfusl on wax paper.
