Vanilla Almond Bliss Balls

Ingredients
1 Cup dry almonds1 Cup coconut (only process ¾ of the cup use the rest to roll balls 3 Tbs Agave2 Tbs softened coconut butter1 Vanilla bean ½ tsp Sea Salt1 Cup Dates soaked for 20min¼ Cup sesame seeds1/3 Cup sunflower kernels
Directions
1. Food process all ingredients
2. Stir in the remaining coconut
3. Roll this dough into balls
4. Roll each ball in additional coconut until coated. Alternatively, you could also mix crushed almonds
with the coconut. Feel free to toast the coconut for extra flavour.
5. Refrigerate until set

Serving Size: Makes about 12 balls.
