Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 250 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Pasta, cooked, 16 oz *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 cloves Garlic powder, 1 tsp Chili powder, 0.5 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Aylmer Accents Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, 3 serving *Flour, white, 0.2 cup Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 2 tsp *Spice, Mustard (seed), 0.5 tbsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
-brown meat
- add onions & cook until transparent
- add spices, worcestershire sauce & can of tomatoes
- let simmer 10 min
- after about 5-7 mins add peppers (adding late will help keep some crunch)
- mix flour and cold water & add to thicken sauce
- add cooked pasta & mix well to coat thoroughly
