1 1/3 cup Idahoan Original Mashed Potatoes, unprepared1 1/3 cup water2/3 cup 2% milk2 Tbsp. unsalted real butter1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives1/8 tsp. McCormick salt free All Purpose Seasoning1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Heat water and butter but do not boil. Stir in milk and seasoning. Remove from heat and let stand. Stir with a fork before serving.
