Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken Breast - Perdue pre grilled regular flavor - a few stripsFat Free Mayo - 1 tspFat free vanilla yogurt - 1tsp1 small scallion choppedcumin - 1 tsppaprika - 1tspcurry - 1tsplime juice - from a wedge2 slices whole grain bread
Directions
Makes 1 sandwich
Take Pre cooked chicken slices and cube, place in bowl and sprinkle with lime juice.
Slice scallion and add to chicken and stir.
In a seperate bowl, comnice mayo, yogurt, cumin, curry, paprika and mix. Add chicken and mix.
Can be eaten with cracker, on bread or over lettuce.
Optional - not included in nutritional info, add a tbsp of slivered almonds.
